Circuit City closed: What about the warranty I just got on my ipod touch?

This is really getting me worried. For Christmas I got an iPod touch my parents got from circuit city. what about the 2 year warranty/insurance they got from circuit city? they payed like 70 bucks for it and iPods aren't invincible..so what now?
