A question about a Catholic teaching?

First of all, God didn't make makeup and fashion, mankind did. Secondly, there is a common misconception that becoming a Catholic means that you have to give up all fun things and life a life just serving God. The reality is that as long as you 'love your neighbour' then you don't have to give up the good life, although you should still give to the poor and help people who are less fortunate than yourself.
