Modern Warfare 2 - Disc Read Error?

did you look at the disk at all? You might have ringed the disk and made it unplayable. It happens if you bump the console while the disk is playing. If it is ringed your out of luck no matter what you do the data off the disk is gone. You will have to get a new copy.
