Which car should I get 92-95 Honda Civic Si Hatchback,2006 Mitsubishi Evolution MR,Mazdaspeed 6 Grand Touring?

This will be my first car. I want it to be rare on the streets. I want it to be really fast. (in the Honda I will put in a Acura RSX engine and a turbo.) Also I want it to have a good resale value.
