Want to get my birthmark removed... how can i make my parents understand?

so im 19 and still living with my parents and i got this birthmark on my face.. its a red mark above and below my eye... it is not very visible, few ppl notice it, or if they do they dont say anything.. anyway thats not the point... thing is i want to get it removed and i had a consult to do so back in the summer kinda behind my father's back.. my mom knew, she's more supportive but my father doesnt, and tells me i shouldnt be worrying about it and im a dumb and a pusyy... how can i make him understand, like i need their money to do it...
