Will taking acyclovir affect the outcome of the blood test?

1 year ago i went to the ER for a really bad friction burn i got after . the ER determined i had by just looking at it. they gave me a shot on my bum and gave me a prescription for acyclovir. i had to take it 5 times a day for 10 days. i took a blood test for 3 days after taking acyclovir. would that have created antibodies for ? i haven't had a friction burn or an "outbreak" since.
