Is my teacher a pedophile?

ok, he's not really a 'teacher' but he's one of the counselors on our team. His name is Mr.Phillips and its not me that I'm worried about, its my best friend. It started out that we ped a note about how the teachers "do" eachother in the janitor closet and the sub in our english cl picked it up so we got in school suspension for 5 days. well my friend had to do an extra day b/c she was absent for one and i was in Mr.Phillips's room working on my project. He asked me where she was and i told him that she was still in ISS. keep in mind that he's about 50 yrs old. anyway, that nite, we talked on the phone and she told me what happened.she told me that he came up behind her and grabbed her shoulders and said, "lets take a walk" so she got up and went outside with him. He told her a story about when he was 14 and he got in trouble. When he was done, he looked in her eyes and said i love you to her and gave her a LONG hug, i mean, it was too long and intimate and theres other stuff so what does this mean?
