I have a question about dentures...?

I currently have 8 in the front (top of my mouth) and 1 one the top side. However the one on the side always hurts and I need to get one of the front ones complety pulled. Now my problem is I can't decide if dentures or partials would be better. I was needing some one to please give me your opinions on what would be better. I am only 26 years old so It makes me real sad and embarresed to talk about this to anyone else. Please Help
