I CAN'T PLAY MY FLUTE! >.<?

I've been playing the flute for a year now and just started playing the saxophone. Then everytime I try to play the flute some notes are perfect while my F, Gb, G, Eb and E are horrible. I only get breathing sounds. I tried to blow harder but got an octave higher. Is it because of my saxophone embouchure or is it just my flute?
