Flowmaster 80 series, and needs to be louder.!!!!!!!!?

so, my bf<3 just currently got his flowmaster 80 series on his 92 firebird, and he said that is not that loud, but i get scared...anywho he would like to know how to increase the sound, or make it louder or something..anyone help ,. pls and thank u.
