Could I attend a community college in FL if I'm not a Florida resident?

I was living in Winter Park FL, for about 9months. I'm originally from Brooklyn, NY.. I moved out there spontaneously to live with my girlfriend and although we're still together I felt it was necessary that I move back to New York.. Now after completing a fafsa here in NY and also sending out a CUNY transfer application to two school of my choice here also I have rethought the idea and would like to go back to FL to go to school there. My question is, is that possible? Am I considered a resident there? Would I still be able to use my financial aid? Would I have to correct my fafsa information? Any information would be appreciated!
